hree layers of moist chocolate sponge cake sprayed with cherry liqupr and filled with whipped cream and cherry pie filling. The whole cake is iced with whipped cream and the side is covered with chocolate shavings. The top of the cake is designed using cherries with stem, chocolate curls then drizzled with chocolate ganache.
